Amplidata provides efficient support and reliable professional services to deliver  successful projects and an excellent customer experiences. Our support and services teams are trained to help you meet your requirements, whether you are a large enterprise, service provider, or a distributed government organization.

All systems include a standard 3-year hardware warranty, with optional support plans available. Basic, Gold & Platinum support plans provide up to 24×7 software support and maintenance via telephone, email and web. In addition, hardware break/fix plans include Next Business Day (NBD) as well as advanced shipment options. Finally, the Platinum Support plan provides a Remote Monitoring and call-home function, which enables Amplidata Global Support Centers to perform daily monitoring of customer systems, with pro-active software and hardware support based on real-time system conditions.

 AmpliStor Warranty and Support Plan Summary

Amplidata is focused on ensuring your success with the AmpliStor Optimized Object Storage (OOS) system. Amplidata provides standard included hardware and software warranties with each system. In addition, customers may select from several annual enterprise support plans that provide premium software support, maintenance and monitoring, as described in this summary document. Full details are available in the Amplidata Terms for Support & Maintenance document.

Standard Warranty
  • 90 days software warranty against functional defects in Amplidata software
  • AmpliStor Storage Node and Controller hardware warranty included in standard pricing, as follows:
  • 3 year warranty on Storage Node and Controller (“system”) hardware: replacement hardware will be provided in the event of failure of system or a minimum of four (4) failed disk drives per Storage Node
  • Replacement hardware is provided with best effort delivery

Basic Support Plan
  • In addition to Standard Warranty, Amplidata provides optional Basic Support plan on an annual basis which provides:
  • 24 x 7 Amplidata Support Center: support can be accessed via email (support.usa@amplidata.com) or telephone (1-888-827-7003)
  • Amplidata will provide all minor maintenance releases to the customer during the Plan period

Premium Support Plan
  • In addition to Standard Warranty, Amplidata provides optional Premium Support plan on an annual basis which provides:
  • All features of Basic Support Plan
  • Advanced shipping of replacement hardware with 15 day return of
    defective hardware

Platinum Support Plan
  • In addition to Standard Warranty, Amplidata provides optional Platinum
    Support plan on an annual basis which provides:
  • All features of Premium Support Plan
  • Health-check remote monitoring of customer systems through “callhome”
    daily email reporting to the Amplidata Support Center
